Selected grapes from our own vineyards were carefully hand-harvested. The crushed grapes were subjected to a cold maceration for two days. Then alcoholic fermentation with selected yeast took place in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC.

WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS
Intense ruby-red colour revealing aromas of ripe red fruit, plums and tabacco. The palate unveils blackberries and subtle notes of caramel. Long and friendly finish.
 
FOODPAIRINGS

 This wine combines well with roast meat, different types of cheese, lamb, seasoned pasta and rabbit. Best served at 18°C
